“So today we introduce project #1, the Stray Kitties iPod/iPad App! Yes folks, you sure did read that right, and we are just as shocked as you. The brilliant folk at Mojo Labs Co. have offered to build the kitties an app which will be a database of all our “comics”, with frequent updates and a link to the blog and Etsy shop. Currently the kitties are busily re-drawing all their favourite quips and quotes in prep for the great computer geniuses at Mojo Labs Co. The kitties are most excited to travel around with you, inside your real life tricorders.”

TitanFile is now in Private Beta

The last two weeks have been exciting times for us here at Mojo Labs.

Last week we have launched TitanFile.com for private Beta testing and we are already receiving valuable feedback.

We are still early in development and have only recently switched our focus from the underlying technology platform and tools to the actual interface and user experience.

Much will be changing in each testing cycle. Testing will last for at least the next few months and we will be regularly publishing updates and new features on this site as well as titanfile.com.

If you would like to receive an invitation to the private beta, please send us an eMail at sales@titanfile.com specifying your name and the type of industry you are involved with and we will place you in our priority list.

Our focus during this testing cycle is engaging beta testers from our target industries and companies. We feel that this kind of feedback will be the most valuable when it comes to steering TitanFile in the right direction.

To date, two government agencies have expressed an interest in TitanFile – we will share more on that once the time is right.

Remembrance Day In Halifax

Remembrance Day is a nation-wide holiday to commemorate the memory of those who died or were injured in war since Canada became a nation. Since 1938, it has been held on the eleventh day of November, the 11th month, which corresponds to the date armistice was signed between the combatants of World War I. It has special significance for Halifax, having been founded in 1749 as a military outpost to defend the British Empire. It’s early history was determined in large part by the comings and goings of war. Not only have Haligonians given their lives in foreign conflict, thousands of military personnel have passed through on their way to battle, many of whom never returned.

Being a statutory holiday, banks and most businesses are closed.

A number of Remembrance Day Services are being held at cenotaphs and Legions throughout HRM on Thursday, November 11th at 11:00 am.

Introduce Content Management Solution To Your Web Site

All major businesses, including large media corporations such as radio and television, use content management systems on their web sites.
